Meet Haile, our chef who has franchised The Purty Central kitchen! Haile is a local chef who lives in clondalkin with his family, we asked, what is it that makes his food different? Haile is bringing world cuisine to The Purty Central from his travels over the years to Texas, Thailand, Vietnam and Mexico! Our new chefs goal is to cater for all ages in Clondalkin, To provide the best deals around & to see people enjoy his food. All of the meat used is sourced locally from FX Buckley – we believe here in the importance of buying locally!

an absolutely fantastic place for a bite to eat we went for a family dinner and my son is still missing his burrito lol . Staff were so lovely and food was top notch , if we are ever back this way we will definitely call again . oh and I'm told the Guinness was 5 star and the best pint had this week

Really traditional Mexican Style decor. food was gorgeous, nacho were tasty but felt healthy, yummy guacamole. kids loved the chicken wings and burgers. ice cream was a real treat for the kids.

Was in Clondalkin Village yesterday and saw they were doing a roast dinner. 2 options available, full and half dinners available. I was NOT disappointed. The full meal which I ordered was gorgeous! Enough food for 2 people, so I took half home. Lovely pun, lovely staff and food is fantastic value. Would not hesitate to recommend this bar.

I went in not expecting much, just a quiet place to eat as opposed to the other restraunt across the street. I ordered a burger and when it finally arrived it was every bit worth the wait and then some. Fantastic and very covid safe.

I was dying for some Carbonara today and was upset to hear that Carbonara is no longer available . We checked 2 places and were ready to go home. The Purity Central's manager told us that Carbonara is also is not on their menu but he will see what he can do. They went the extra mile and made it happen. It really made my day. Good service. Thank you!

I had a nice couple of drinks in this premises on Wednesday. Very well organized checked in at door, name, phone number and Covid certificate, not full which was good.Can't say a bad thing about it.They also had food available it looked delicious but we just had lunch at home. Overall very pleasant.

I have to say that I was down with the family for dinner today and I have to say that the food was out of this world. myself and my wife had the carbonara and it tasted great and 2 of my son's had freshly made pizza which they loved and my other son had again freshly made hamburger which he totally enjoyed.
